Women's Access to Mobile Phones is a 61-item measure from a large 11-country survey of women's mobile phone use. This measure asks women who do not use or borrow a mobile phone why they do not do so, if they would like to have access to a phone, and what they perceive the potential advantages and disadvantages of use are. All women (i.e., mobile phone users and non-users) are asked about the appropriateness of supervising a spouse's use of a mobile phone and why they do not use their phone more often.
