1. I would force a person of the opposite sex to have sex if he or she let me play with his or her genitals and then refused sex.
2. I would force a person of the opposite sex to have sex if he or she were drunk and unable to resist.
3. If a man spends a great deal of money on a woman who then says no to sex, rape is justified.
4. I would force a person of the opposite sex to have sex if he or she was obviously a loose person who had sex with many different people.
5. I would force a person of the opposite sex to have sex if there was a 0% probability of being caught.
Response Options:
5-point Likert scale
Strongly disagree - 1
Strongly agree - 5
Item scores are summed to a possible range of 5-25. High scores represent a relatively high propensity to rape while a low score would indicate a relatively low propensity to rape.
