Role Breadth Self-Efficacy (RBSE)

Role Breadth Self-Efficacy (RBSE) is a 10-item scale that asks respondents for their degree of confidence in carrying out different tasks. RBSE aims to capture what people feel they can do, particularly in terms of activities that require employees to be proactive.
