Women's Access to Mobile Phones

Women’s Access to Mobile Phones includes 9 items from a large 11-country survey of women’s mobile phone use. This measure asks women if and how they are able to use and access a mobile phone either by purchasing or borrowing the device. The original questionnaire can be located here.
