The Political Leadership measure includes a single item from Round 6 of the World Values Survey. The item asked participants about their perception of men’s ability to be political leaders in comparison to women. The World Values Survey consists of nationally representative surveys conducted in over 100 countries, and was developed to help scientists and policy makers understand global changes in individuals’ beliefs, values and motivations.
