The Honor Ideology for Manhood Scale — Short-Form (HIM-SF) is a three-item measure that directly assesses people’s endorsement of honor-related beliefs and values as it relates to men. It is a shorter version of the 16-item honor ideology for manhood scale (HIM) that assesses bravery, retaliatory readiness, and reputation in the context of honor ideology for men.
