The Honor Ideology for Womanhood Scale — Short-Form (HIW-SF) is a three-item measure that directly assesses people’s endorsement of honor-related beliefs and values as it relates to women. It is a shorter version of the 12-item honor ideology for womanhood scale (HIM) that assesses collective reputation concern, sexual virtue, and family loyalty in the context of honor ideology for women.
