World Bank Doing Business Survey 2019: Enforcing Contracts

The Enforcing Contracts measure uses 2 items from the 2019 World Bank Doing Business Survey-a project to measure the regulations and enforcement of these regulations on small and medium sized companies in the private sector of 190 countries. The Enforcing Contracts module asks about laws regarding the weight of testimony of women compared to men in a civil procedure law.
